A request to increase the number of dwelling units from 74 to 75 (adds a studio apartment) for an eight-story mixed-use building on a ±0.44-acre site in the Residential Mixed-Use (RMX-SPD) Zone and R Street Corridor Special Planning District. The request requires a Major Modification to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit for exceeding the maximum 100 dwelling units per net acre requirement in the R Street Corridor Special Planning District.

A request to subdivide a vacant parcel (R-3A zone) within the Capitol Avenue Historic District into five parcels and develop each with a studio dwelling unit on the first level and a two-story single-family dwelling on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The entitlements requested are a tentative map, Preservation review for two three-story attached building types comprising three parcels and two parcels, respectively.

Project for review located at 2825 Capitol Avenue. The request includes amendments to the previously approved Master Sign Program for the Sutter Health Medical Center. The project requires Zoning Administrator variances and a modification to the previously approved Master Sign Program. The project is within the General Commercial (C-2) and Hospital (H) zones and is part of the Alhambra Corridor Special Planning District.
