Project Description
​A request to subdivide a 0.15 acre parcel into (3) separate parcels. One parcel with an existing 2,880 square foot home to be renovated, and the other two parcels to have a new 2,086 square foot multi-family structure with a common wall. This request includes deviations for creating (2) new lots of less than 2,000 square feet, (2) new buildings less than 20 feet wide, and a rear setback of less than 15 feet in the Multi-Unit Dwelling (R-3A) zone. The project is located in the Capitol Mansions Historic District.
