Project: To demolish an existing 25,371 square foot industrial warehouse and construct a new 42,700 square foot theater building at a 0.59 acre site located in the General Commercial (C-2-SPD) Zone and Central City R Street Corridor Special Planning District. Requires review at the Staff level.

Plans to have a standing-room capacity for 2,300 people.

Two new residential mixed use buildings on a vacant lot on the south side of R Street between 16th and 17th Streets.

A request to construct two new mixed-use buildings on a ±1.17 acre site in the Office Business Low-Rise Mixed Use (OB) Zone and R Street Corridor Special Planning District and Design Review District. The request requires staff level Site Plan and Design Review. Comments due by Wednesday, May 23rd.
