#P17-064:  2417  J  Street  Mixed  Use

11/8/2017

The 2417 J Street Mixed-Use project is located along the north side of J Street, between 24th and 25th Streets. The proposal requests to construct a new mixed-use building, with ground-floor commercial space, 7 parking spaces, and 12 residential condominium units on floors 2-4. Vehicle access is provided from the alley and each unit is proposed to have outdoor patio space facing east. The project requires a Tentative Map for the 13 condominium units (1, commercial, 12 residential) and Site Plan and Design Review with deviations for lot size, lot width, lot depth, and lot coverage.

Please see the attached routing sheet for additional details and a link to project documents. You can also view the application, plans, and additional documents, as well as recieve updates on the project at the City's Development Tracker at: https://sacramento.civicinsight.com/addresses/2669711/2417-j-st/#case_number=p17_064
