The Yamanee project is a planned 178-foot (14-15 stories) condo tower across from a 9-story SHRA senior housing tower. The Yamanee project is a multi-story, mixed-use condominium building that proposes almost 14,134 square feet of ground floor and mezzanine commercial uses and 134 for-sale residential units. The project is located on approximately 0.44 acres at the southeast corner of 25th and J Streets in the General Commercial (C-2-MC) zone and located in the Midtown Commercial overlay zone. |
