This project will be a great addition and a great fit in this neighborhood. The deviations requested are not outrageous and seem within reason and general intent of the zoning. I like the way the building steps down

My issue with this building, and a lot of new designs in general for Sacramento has to do with walking the talk of energy efficiency and "Green Design". The Design has too much totally unshaded glass and utilizes dark colors on the West and other sides. The building will heat up and require an excess of energy to keep cool in Sacramento's hot and getting hotter summers. Comments are closed.
