​A request for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a bar (Type 48) within an existing 1,965 square-foot mixed-use building within the General Commercial (C-2) zone. The proposal also includes Site Plan and Design Review for minor alterations to the front of the existing building.

Entitlements:
  • CUP - Building under 100,000 sf Conditional Use Permit for bar within existing building.
  • Minor Additions/Alterations Minor alterations to exterior of building
